Kache PDF is a free web application providing PDF manipulation tools (merge, split, compress, convert, etc.) that run entirely in your browser.

We use WebAssembly and JavaScript to process your files locally, meaning nothing is uploaded to our servers. The service is provided as-is, free of charge.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Kache PDF, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service – it's that simple.

We reserve the right to update these terms, and your continued use means you accept any changes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use Kache PDF for lawful purposes only.

Limitations & Disclaimers

Kache PDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide reliable tools, we cannot guarantee perfect results in all scenarios.

PDF processing can be complex, and some files may not process as expected. Always keep backups of important files because we're not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages resulting from using the service.

Intellectual Property

The Kache PDF name, logo, and original code are our intellectual property. The PDF processing capabilities are powered by open-source libraries (PDF.js, PDF-Lib, etc.) under their respective licenses.

You may use the service freely, but you may not clone, redistribute, or create derivative services using our branding.

No Account, No Data Retention

Kache PDF doesn't require user accounts and doesn't store your files or personal information.

Because everything runs in your browser, once you close the tab your processed files are gone from our perspective (though they may remain in your downloads folder).

Service Availability

We aim to keep Kache PDF available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

Since processing happens locally, you can still use any already-loaded tools even if our server goes down temporarily.

Termination

We reserve the right to block access to anyone who violates these terms or attempts to abuse the service.

Given that we don't have user accounts, this would be a last resort reserved for serious misuse.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.
